The purpose of the Crystal Portal Conferences is:

To invite in from the 6th Dimension a Crystal Portal that when secured firmly into the Earth will begin to shift the 3rd Dimension energy and vibration of anger, fear, scarcity, separateness, etc. into the 4th Dimension vibration of love, abundance, oneness and harmony for the planet and all of her inhabitants.

The process of the Crystal Portal Conference is:

The Dimensional openings will be accomplished through guided intent, inspired direction and vibrational tones...We will begin by opening and expanding the 3rd Dimension in the first hour….in the second hour, we will open and expand the 4th Dimension…at the end of the event, we will open and expand the 5th Dimension…and in the closing ceremony "invite in" the Crystal Portal from the 6th Dimension to come down through all the openings we created throughout the day and secure itself into the Planet.
